We only use your details to reply to you and do the work you asked for.

Who we are

Kleinson Solutions (Pty) Ltd · Reg 2019/391514/07 · Randburg, Gauteng. Contact: marius@kleinsonsolutions.co.za, 068 928 5366.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and any photos or documents you send us about a job (for example a photo of your distribution board, a datasheet, or a bank statement for a fees system). We collect it when you WhatsApp, email, call or fill in a form on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote, do the work, issue certificates and invoices, and keep the records the law requires (for example electrical Certificates of Compliance and tax records). We don't sell or share your details for marketing. We only send you messages about your own job, unless you ask to join a mailing list, which you can leave at any time.

Who else sees it

The registered Installation Electrician who inspects and signs your CoC; our accountant; and the service providers that run our email, website and invoicing. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Photos of work

We photograph electrical work for our records and sometimes publish a photo of the work itself (never faces, house numbers or street views). You can opt out on the quote.

Your rights (POPIA)

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email marius@kleinsonsolutions.co.za. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
